- I've decided to start this blog in the hopes that I can inspire myself and others to start living a more healthy life! I will be focusing primarily on the physical aspects of a healthy lifestyle, but will also throw in my thoughts on being healthy emotionally. I will be starting 17 units of college classes, and still trying to be a mom and a wife!
