- I've decided to start this blog in the hopes that I can inspire myself and others to start living a more healthy life! I will be focusing primarily on the physical aspects of a healthy lifestyle, but will also throw in my thoughts on being healthy emotionally. If anyone has any thoughts, or articles please e-mail them to me so I can share them with everyone! I am planning on journaling everyday about my progress, or pitfalls, but please bare with me if I’m not totally on top of it. I will be starting 17 units of college classes, and still trying to be a mom and a wife!
